hukd operates as a curated marketplace. Products are sold by independent brand partners. While we facilitate the transaction, product descriptions and fulfilment are the responsibility of each brand, subject to our quality standards.
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at checkout via Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All content on hukd — including logos, photography, and copy — is owned by hukd or its brand partners and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
hukd is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
