Return window

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Intimate apparel, swimwear, and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.

How to initiate a return

1. Email support@hukd.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll share a prepaid return label or pickup schedule.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is in stock, we'll ship the replacement once the original item is received. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or wrong items

Received something damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free return and expedited replacement or refund — no questions asked.
